Quick Start Guide

Fill the glass base until the downstem/diffuser is submerged by 1–2 cm.

Fluff the tobacco lightly into the bowl to ensure optimal airflow; avoid overpacking above the rim.

Place 2–3 fully red glowing coals inside the Heat Management Device (HMD) and allow the bowl to warm for 3–5 minutes before the first draw.

Remove one coal or purge gently. Ensure the tobacco leaves are not directly sticking to the bottom of the HMD.

Check all silicone seals around the base and hose connector. Ensure your purge valve ball bearing is moving freely and not stuck.

Purge gently to clear the stem, and pour out excess water so the level remains strictly 1–2 cm above the diffuser.

Ensure the bowl air holes are clear of dense tobacco blockage and verify the hose is completely unkinked.

Rinse the glass base with lukewarm water and a soft brush. Never use boiling water on cold glass.

Flush washable silicone hoses with warm water and hang vertically to dry completely.

Let the HMD cool fully, soak in warm water, and clean with a non-abrasive brush to remove residue.
