All authentic hardware, shisha pipes, and premium accessories are covered directly under the official terms and conditions provided by their respective manufacturers. Warranty coverage protects against authentic manufacturing defects and material faults.

Replacements & Returns

We accept returns and replacements exclusively for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals and accessories intact. Due to hygiene and health regulations, items that have been used or opened cannot be returned or replaced.
